Data We Collect

When you use the Flaken preview bot, we temporarily store the following data to provide functionality:

• User IDs — to track XP, warnings, and ticket ownership
• Guild IDs — to scope data per server
• Message IDs — for reaction role mappings

How We Use Data

All data is used exclusively for bot functionality. User IDs and XP values are stored to calculate levels and leaderboards. Warning records are stored to track moderation history. Message IDs and emoji mappings are stored for reaction role assignment.

Data Storage

Data is stored in local JSON files on the bot's server. We do not share, sell, or transmit data to third parties. Data is retained until the bot is removed from your server or you request deletion.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, contact the bot owner or remove the bot from your server. XP data is automatically deleted when a user leaves the guild.
